How can my customers see their TaDa Order History

We are excited to introduce the Order History feature to TaDa. This feature allows your clients to view their redeemed offers, including details on when, where, and the total amount of their orders. Designed to enhance user experience, it helps users track their favorite beer deals easily. This guide will show you how to use this new feature.

Step 1

When your customer scans the QR code in the bar he lands on the available Promotions tab.

Step 2

Once customer clicks on the clock icon next to the language selection, he will find the list of all the orders he placed

Step 3

Your customer can see what are the promos he redeemed, when he placed his orders, in which venue and the cost.

HINT

Your customer can find the details of their order when clicked on it.
